Mazahim (Maz) Shabdeen – General Manager/Partner

Mr. Shabdeen will oversee the day-to day operations of the Restaurant to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant enablings us to meet our objectives.  Mr. Shabdeen attended  Hotel Management School and has completed bartendering and health & safety courses in addition to Tips training.   Mr. Shabdeen has 26 years experience in the industry and has participated in Chain des Rotisseurs.  Mr. Shabdeen has won the Best of Bermuda Awards for best Maitre D’ for 2012/13.  


Srinivasan (Srini) Nandagopal – Head Chef/Partner

Mr. Srinivasan  has the overall responsibility for the leadership and operations of the kitchen.  Mr. Nandagopal has 19 years experience in food production. Mr. Nandagopal has experience in preparing Local, Mediterranean, French and Oriental Cuisine. Mr. Nandagopal has a BSc Degree in Catering Science and Hotel management, certified in food hygiene and safety and certified in Gourmet Cooking.


Kayalvizhi (Kayla) Srinivsan – Assistant Restaurant Manager/Partner

Mrs. Srinivasan will assist the General Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operational management of the restaurant. Mrs. Srinivasan has unique knowledge of the Western-end customer base preferences.   Mrs. Srinivasan has experience in outdoor catering, sushi and semi-fine dining.   Mrs. Srinivasan has a BSc degree in Catering Science and Hotel Management and she also has a Certificate in Food Hygiene and Safety, Bed and Breakfast Management and TIPS Certified by CADA. Certified as Tourism Ambassador and Blue Flag10. Mrs. Srinivasan has 16 years experience in the industry.


Natasha Shabdeen – Human Resource Manager/Partner

Mrs. Shabdeen will manage all human resource related matters in collaboration with the General Manager and the Head Chef.  Mrs. Shabdeen has industry knowledge and experience with over 14 years administrative experience in addition to over 6 years Human Resource experience.  Mrs. Shabdeen has a BSc degree in Business Management and  a MSc degree in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations.
